Beyond his role as CEO, David is also the principal product design engineer. His academic background includes a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from the Kazan Aviation Institute in Russia.
Raphael is a cornerstone of Lytup's engineering division, guiding the team in the testing and enhancement of Lytup's product offerings. His rich background includes a tenure as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Environment & Energy GmbH Bahnhofstr., along with significant roles at Dangote and REA Nigeria, which have furnished him with a profound understanding of energy solutions and electrical engineering challenges. Raphael's academic foundation is solid, with an M.Sc from the University of Aberdeen, providing him with the technical and theoretical expertise necessary to drive innovation within Lytup.
Hessie, with her notable background as a Forbes Contributing Writer and former Senior Marketing Manager at Yahoo!, offers invaluable marketing advice to Lytup. Her leadership experiences as CEO of ArCompany and AVP of Internet Marketing at Citibank complement her role in shaping Lytup’s marketing direction. Equipped with a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, Hessie’s blend of strategic insight and practical experience is a key asset in navigating Lytup’s marketing landscape.
Blessing is contributing to Lytup as an advisor on legal and corporate matters, leveraging her substantial expertise in these areas. She is the founder of B.E Legal Service, a firm that showcases her commitment to providing top-tier legal solutions. Prior to this, she distinguished herself as the primary Corporate Lawyer at T-Corporate Consulting based in Abuja, where her legal acumen was instrumental in navigating complex corporate challenges. Blessing's foundational legal education was obtained from the prestigious Nigerian Law School, and she holds a degree from the University of Nigeria. Her combination of practical experience and solid academic background makes her a valuable asset to Lytup, especially in guiding the company through the intricacies of legal and corporate landscapes.
Adeniyi brings his extensive background as a former Chief Business Officer at Yango and Yandex, where he was instrumental in guiding strategy and operations across 26 markets, to his role as an advisor for Lytup. With his deep expertise in business development, he is now assisting Lytup in expanding its operations across three key African markets: Senegal, Nigeria, and Côte d'Ivoire (CIV). He is the founder of Proctoredu, a trailblazer in the computer vision sector for online exams in Russia, achieving over $10 million in annual sales, and Geeklama. Additionally, Adeniyi enriches his advisory capacity with experience as a Venture Partner at Starta VC. His educational background is equally impressive, having studied at the Skolkovo Institute with further academic pursuits at MIT, positioning him as a key asset in Lytup's growth and expansion strategy in Africa.
